FREE DELIVERY
- We offer rapid and secure delivery, the delivery fee is free only for EU countries. The delivery fee for other countries will be calculated automatically by the system.
- When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.
- Please note that the delivery times are estimates and do not apply to pre-ordered or personalized items. Estimated delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order and will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed unless otherwise specified. Different terms and conditions may apply for different shipping destinations.
- We are able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. If there are changes, please contact us before your order has been placed.
FREE RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS
Free returns are available worldwide for all full-price items within 30 days of shipping, in case of a defect or wrong item sent by us not corresponding to the order. For all discounted items, please note that we don’t offer return service.

- Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
- On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding France’s public holidays.
- Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.
- If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
