Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
This period begins on the day the Customer receives the Products.
The Customer must include with their withdrawal request a copy of the invoice or any other document that allows identification of the Order in question and its holder.
Only the Customer identified as such with URBAHIA SAS may exercise this right, excluding any other person, including the recipient of the delivery (for example, in the case of a gift).

 

Return and Refund Procedures

For any exchange or return, the Customer must send a withdrawal request by email to URBAHIA SAS at the following address: alexandra@urbahia.fr. A withdrawal form will be sent to the Customer and must be returned to the same email address: alexandra@urbahia.fr.

The Products must be returned by the Customer no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating their decision to withdraw.
The Product must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging or equivalent packaging and in perfect condition (allowing for resale, not worn or washed), in order to request an exchange, refund, or credit without penalty.
If the package is lost or damaged during the return process, the cost of damage will be borne by the Customer.

Products that are not returned within the time frame and conditions specified above will neither be refunded nor exchanged by URBAHIA SAS.

In case of a withdrawal and refund request, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

In accordance with Article L.221-24 of the French Commercial Code, URBAHIA SAS undertakes to refund amounts collected for the Order or Preorder within fourteen (14) days. This period begins on whichever is earlier: (i) URBAHIA's receipt of the returned Products or (ii) URBAHIA's receipt of proof of shipment of the Products by the Customer.

The refund will be made via credit to the Customer’s bank account corresponding to the credit card used for payment of the Order or Preorder. If you have changed your bank account, please provide your new banking details to your former bank.
